7 Day change-of-mind
If you have received your item but not yet opened the box/broken any seal and you are unhappy with it for any reason, we will accept a return and you will be refunded the full price of your good. To be eligible for this refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item, saying that you would like a return due to change of mind. You will not be refunded any shipping charges that you may have incurred in the process of receiving the item and you are fully responsible for sending the item back to us. We will not pay for shipping of an item back to us due to 7 day change-of-mind. Note that there may be a delay of receiving your funds after you have returned your item. If the item appears that it has been tampered with or the box/packaging of the item appears to have been opened, we have the right to refuse to refund your item and you will be forced to pay the full price of us shipping the item back to you and you may incur a penalty of up to $285 AUD. If you fail to pay this fee and the cost of us shipping your item back to you, you may not be refunded at all, we may keep your item and not return it to you, and in extreme cases, we may take you to court in appropriate jurisdiction.
After 7 days change-of-mind
The same policy applies for after 7 days change-of-mind as that of 7 day change-of-mind as long as you have not opened your box. There is a $75 AUD fee for after 7 days change-of-mind.
Faulty upon arrival
If your item is faulty upon arrival, we will replace it and pay for any shipping charges as a result of sending/receiving the good on your behalf. If you send an item back to us and we discover that it is not faulty, you will have to pay the shipping charges that we payed on your behalf to originally send the item to us and the shipping charges for sending the item back to you. If we discover that the fault is a result of your misuse of the product then you will be required to pay all shipping charges to get the device back to you plus the shipping charges we incurred for receiving the item. Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in additional fees, us keeping your item permanently, and in extreme cases, we may take you to court in appropriate jurisdiction.
This policy is not final and there are certain circumstances where we will have to make a new decision. You can contact us at [email protected] to discuss what options are available. We operate by Australian Consumer Law, International Consumer Law and any appropriate laws for the country which we are dealing with.
